Charge extra

my contrac is monthly £21 and they said that  month we charge u £10 but now isee my bank statement was £14.90 can u explain that to me

I've followed the SIM only upgrade link above, clicked on the corresponding SIM only plans "Happy with your device" tile and it only shows phone upgrades!
