Hi I've seen online you can get a 12/24 month Sim only plan and upgrade after x amount of months to a handset plan. Does this apply to all sim only plans? Thanks

My regular monthly bill is £200. This month, it went up to £244.00. Given that the January CPI rate was 4% plus, EE add on an additional 3.9%, calculating the two together and my bill should be £216.00. Where they get the extra £28 from is a mystery....
