I would like to change my payment date to around the 24th every month

Hi Angela2001 would it be possible to change my payment date to the 8th of every month as my payments arrive in my account on the 7th of every month, thank you.

Hi @georgedumitresc 

Thanks for coming here. 

You can change the direct debit date in your My EE account online and selecting Menu > Bill and payments> Direct Debit.

I would like to change the date I pay my bill from the 1st othe month to the 2nd of the month.
