Overcharged

My plan should be £25/month and £13.25/month for device but I am being charged £44.02/month and £13.25/month for device. I have a zero spending cap on so how is this happening and what can I do about it?

If I change my plan to a cheaper one will this change my contract or will that still end after my original 24 month contract?

End of contract upgrade

HiMy contract expired 17th January 2024 I upgraded to a SIM only plan but haven't received any correspondence regarding this and my bill is still showing the old contract figures. Will this update soon?
