Two accounts, two bils, one user

EE is a very creative company. I moved to EE from BT. Suddenly, one BT account turned into two EE accounts and two bills to pay.

This is a very creative way to get money from people. I wonder if EE has ever made two, three or more accounts for anyone else

Hi @Arci

Thanks for coming to the community.

Do you have a mobile or broadband account?

Have you recently transferred to EE from BT?

Leanne.

Thank you for your answer

I moved our family mobile phone plan from BT to EE a week ago

Thank you for the information, the matter has been clarified. But I have a question, since I can't transfer my old phone number because it keeps showing me that my PAC format is wrong (of course it's good), I was told that my phone number will be transferred within 3 weeks, is this a joke?

We don't have access to your account here in the community, so I can't see anything related to your conversation or what's happening with your PAC/Number, @Arci

Number transfers using a PAC usually go through the following working day.

Thank you for your answer. I think exactly the same as you. The transfer from BT to EE is simply a disaster. I was told my old number would be automatically ported within 3 weeks. So today I have to call EE again. Please tell me whether the old numbers are actually transferred automatically or if it is a lie

It's my understanding that you need a PAC to transfer over, although they may be able to set it up for you without you needing to do anything, @Arci

It sounds, in your case, that something may have gone wrong. The Mobile Care team have access to your account and are in a better position to advise you the best course going forward.
