Pay monthly for samsung galaxy watch why?

I upgraded today and got a samsung galaxy Watch 6, When I got home I looked over the paperwork and I am paying for my watch every month. It was not mentioned to me in the shop what do I do and why am I paying?

@Patrickpk : Were you offered a "free" watch w/out you being told that you would be paying for its airtime plan? That's a frequent misrepresentation on the part of some EE store staff.

If you think the contract wasn't explained correctly/fully, I recommend popping back into the store to discuss it with the store manager.

@Patrickpk  Did you ask for the watch ?  Was it your intention to have a watch ?  or was you offered this watch ?

They said the watch comes with the phone. I assumed it was free because when I last upgraded. I got a free Chromebook.
