New Contract

Signed up for a new contract yesterday and was told I would be paying £14 per month. Just checked my account and it is showing as £40 per month!  Who do I complain to?

@redvixen  Have you looked to see if you have any discounts added to your account, you’ll  see these in add ons.   If there is a discount the tariff is still a £40 tariff and will show as such but discount are then applied when you are billed.

thanks for the suggestion - no discounts showing on my account. I queried that it was so low at the time. Fortunately I have the name of the seller and a written £14 on the front sheet. Maybe I should have asked more questions at the time. Back to the shop on Monday morning to double check.
