Leavers discount

For no reason my leavers discount was removed. I was under the impression this would stay on until I changed plan or cancelled. Neither of which I've done?

Conflicting call opening times on website

ring customer services website says open till 9pm minday-Friday when get through then get told your closed and close at 6, I need speak to someone now and can’t as your closed even tho says till 9pm

I have an eSIM on an Apple phone and want to upgrade my SIM only plan. How do I buy an upgraded eSIM contract? I can only see option to buy what looks like a physical SIM.

Flex Pay
