Extortionate charge

My flight was cancelled with Turkish airlines so I had to call their customer service to get booked onto another flight. I have just noticed the amount I have been charged because it was an 087 number. Seems a bit unfair when I was in a worried situation

Why didn't you use their geographical no. 0203 991 1993 by looking it up on their own website? I guess you just found it by Googling it. A dangerous practice! Always ask the horse's mouth!
