I received a bill for my first monthly rolling contract payment and I'm trying to contact EE to add my direct debit details except every time I call 150 it gives me a list of options that takes me right to the beginning again to call 150. On the bill it states log into your account at ee.co.uk to add your billing details but you can't manually add them this way. I wonder if it's possible to live without a mobile.....:(

The point of the post is partly that it is not so easy to speak to a human with EE.

You can change set bank details under Bills & Payments > Manage Direct Debit.
