What was your case? I have a complaint against EE for over charging for over five years . My contract was finished but I still got charged the contract fee plus they were overcharging re data.

@BeckyG19   You’ve not been over charged as your contract at the minimum term date changed to a 30 day rolling contract as per the T&Cs of that contract that you agreed upon.   it’s your decision to upgrade/terminate  or do nothing and you choose do nothing.  
 So by your own admission you didn’t read or didn’t understand the contract at what happens at the minimum term of that contract.     How can EE over charge you on data ?  You’re not charged if you run out of data you have to purchase more to see you through the month and that’s  your choice
