Linking devices

Hullo. Please explain what you mean by linking  devices. I am on a monthly direct debit subscription  for my fon.l am not accessing my ee account as well  as not receiving messages  on monthly subscription when  they are due. Does that  have to do do with registration?

Your EE account/EE app will ask you to link your products/devices to view the details for your account, to do this please enter the mobile number for a mobile account or the account number for a broadband account.
