Debt passed on debt collection agency

So i was behind on payments and wasn't able make any payments until yesterday where I came to a resolution via chat on the app. Then today I received a txt to say that it had been passed on them (collection agency) and gave me a reference number.

As I already have a plan in place with EE how do I deal with the agency? Will EE cancel the collection order as I have a plan in place ? Or will I have to speak to the collection agency myself ?

What would be the likely outcome?

Good morning @Dunks91

Thanks for coming here.

Do you have the agency name or was this passed to EE's collection department?

Thanks for confirming @Dunks91

As this has moved from EE's collection team I would recommend giving us another call to discuss this further.

Hey, I was wondering if I could find out why I owe EE £500, I now owe it to Lowell's and I honestly can't remember what for, is there a way I can check why I owe this money?

@xreama you’ll have to call customer services to ask this.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

What number do I call? I'm not with EE anymore, thanks
