I was told that the £13.00 bill was to be refunded but it still hasn't appeared in my account? 

Upgrade from SIM only contract to full contract

I have been on a SIM only contract for years. I currently get £30 discount a month for being a good customer. However my credit score has just taken a big hit and dropped very low. Is it worth applying for an upgrade to full handset contract?

Trying to cancel at the end of contract

My contract ends in 43 days. I tried to cancel a couple of weeks ago and was advised to call back after yesterday once I hit the 45day before the minimum term. I’ve been on the customer service chat today asking to cancel and then again via telephone...
