I looked on my EE phone bill today
I have notice that 61 pound has been took out from other services that I have not spent . I do not go over my limit I stay in my contract
I rang up 150 to speak to an adviser about this situation.
I was on hold for 30 minutes until an advisor answered the phone. The woman on the phone said can I have your name in such a rude manner I gave her my name and she began to be rude again I did not hear your name can you say that again.
then she replied what do you want. great costumer service I must say
I told her that money I do not have knowledge to has been took out my phone bill and I don’t know what these services are for she looked in my recent payments and said you have spent 61 pound in Apple Store .
I told her yes I can see that on the bill but I have not spent anything from from Apple Store I stay in my plan and don’t go over.
She began to be very rude again and said yes you have you have spent 61 pound on apple I replied this is why I’m ringing you to tell you that I have no idea about these transactions she got very annoyed and replied well you can not have a refund as this is 3rd party we can not do anything about it. I replied but your charging me for something I have not bought leading my bill up to £100 that’s a lot of money she replied yeah well we can not do anything about it I replied so your not gonna refund me for when I’m saying to you I don’t know the transactions and I’ve clearly been scammed or class as fraud she replied no sorry we can’t I asked to speak to a supervisor she replied no sorry you can not but I can ring 08001076285 for you I said yes please but continued to tell me the number to call it myself and she hung up .
Iam not very happy how I’ve been treated I’m raising a concern about money been taken out of my account and EE seen okay with this happening and not raising an concern to this I suffer with mental health issues and Iam so beyond stressed and anxious this has never happend to me before Iam in routine I know where I stand with everything this woman has put me in a state

I am so sorry to hear of your experience when you have called and understand how stressful this must be for you having unexpected charges on your bill.
Could I just check what do the charges show as on your bill?
Have you opened a complaint since you posted on the community last night?
