Monthly billing over charge.

Hey there, am sending this message because l have been overcharged for my monthly  payment for my unlimited. I  was charged on 10th Sep 2024 for my monthly billing and on 18th Sep 2024 l was  charged again. I need to know if there were mistake or why was l charged twice.

@Toyboy36  Do you have any out of allowance charges?  This will show on bill.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Thanks for coming to our community.

If you have been charged twice within the month, this is usually after a bill date change. Have you asked to change the date you pay your bill?

No I haven't ask to change. I usually pay on 10th of each an every month.

Did the direct debit definitely go out on the 10th? Sometimes if a direct debit is unsuccessful, it will be taken again. If it was unsuccessful, your bank may display this as money going out and then back in after on the same day.

It's worth checking this isn't the case and them contacting our billing team who can check this for you.

On 10th its shows the billing went through, then 18th l receive another billing from my bank notification  showing bill taken on that same day

Same amount or different? I have 2 payments, 1 for a Flex-Pay device (Upgrade) and another for my Tariff.
