I have been hit with a "Spend Limit Reached" when trying to use the Pay By Phone Bill option on a casino. I have NO spend cap in place - NO Bar in place - i have spoke with 2x customer service assistants who said it's sorted now but its not - I then spoke with Tech who confirmed it should be okay but i'm still seeing the same message pop up.

@Jakeevans2022 : Charge to Phone Bill is not restricted by EE's Spend Cap. Therefore what you are seeing is the Casino's own limit on your spending there. Such limits are in place generally to protect users' gambling.

Hi @Roxsy

Thanks for coming here 🙂

Do you have a pay monthly account?

Have you received a message to let you know the spend cap has been reached?

Leanne.

Yes but I contact my company and tell me my spend cap is available
