2 year contract paid and still haven’t been refunded for this “security deposit”

I’ve phoned ee customer service twice about this and I’m still yet to be refunded for this security deposit I had to pay at the start of my contract. It was a £100 upfront deposit when I bought the phone on top of the upfront cost. Was told I would be refunded in 6 months max and it has now been over 24 months and still nothing. This is pretty ridiculous considering this deposit wasn’t even mentioned until after I ordered the phone so I’m disgusted with this to be honest. Will be looking for other carriers
