Does EE Actually Want My Business?

As a family, we are currently all in on EE... We have full fibre broadband on the top package, have four phones on my account and have been an EE customer for over 10 years.

Three of the four phones are due an upgrade so I thought I would try and process some upgrades online. No matter what I did it wouldn't work so decided to give them a call.

After much discussion it turns out that there is apparently a limit on my account of £36 a month to cover all phones making an upgrade on one nevermind three impossible. I was told that this can't be changed.

I have never missed a payment, currently spend well over £200 a month with EE, have a perfect credit score (999 on Experian), earn high 6 figures yet apparently I am not worthy.

Does EE actually want my business? Anybody know what I can do to fix this or am I going to have to take my business elsewhere?

Hi @JPS111

I understand your frustration with this. We don't have access to your account here, so I can't see exactly what is happening with your account.

If you fill in our complaint form, a dedicated team will look into this and make sure the correct processes are being followed. They'll also be in touch with you to discuss it, and hopefully, find a solution for you.

Chris

Thanks
