I have had an auto text saying that I have reached my limit along with my wife's phone but we both have unlimitedly everything coming to ee is fast becoming the worst decision ever

Welcome to the community.

While you have unlimited allowances, each account has its own credit limit, which incorporates both the monthly plan costs and any charges you may have outside your allowance.

We don't have access to your account here to say what could be causing this, but if you call our billing guides, they'll be able to view the account to see what is happening.
