Trade in.

Hi, I’m due an upgrade for free but it keeps bringing up the trade in old phone. I’ve never had to trade in before and want to keep old contract phone as a spare? Why does it not give the option to keep the phone anymore?

Upgrade offered on EE App

HelloI have a Smart Watch which is due to end in November and says I can upgrade early on the EE App but have to pay a small amount. So if I chose a product it says Sorry no offers available to you at the moment. What's that about?
