Husband and I are pensioners, in our late 70s. Trying to cancel our basic monthly contracts - calls only, we don't use data we use the router for internet stuff. . I cannot get through to EE on the phone as the waiting time is always around an hour and my wee cheap dinosaur phone will die on me if I'm on it for an hour! I cant find any way to email them, I can't cancel and they keep adding on the monthly bills. Husband is 80 and waiting for a big heart op, and he's fussing like mad about these bills.

@fumanchu1 , when ringing customer service, press option 2, that should get you through to one of the guides, but if the lines are very busy, try again later, you should however get through pretty quickly.

@fumanchu1 there is no email address that you can use. You have to speak with customer support to terminate your contract, if you’re still in your contract term, you’ll be required to pay off the remaining term of that contract.

Yes Lesley thank you! I did get through earlier to a lovely girl who sorted it all out. All cancelled now with nothing outstanding to pay. Thank you for answering xx
