Your plan and contract details can be viewed in your EE account, including the start and end date of the contract. 

If you would like a copy of our pay monthly contract or network terms and conditions, they're located on the EE Website.

You can find your bills with your name printed on in your EE app or your online account and print these off if needed, or you can reach out to our team and they will be able to send you a proof of purchase.
