Resolved! Last day to pay bill tomorrow

Hi I have until morning to pay bill and then late fee will be added I have just gon3 to pay it but site is now down, how can I avoid late fee or suspended services, no live chat I been looking all day how to find it, Thanks

Bills not showing when I log in to my account

When I log in to my online account and click on billing, all I see are the menu's at the bottom and a blank white screen, no billing info whatsoever. I do this every month so to access my bill, which I pass to my accountant. Has something changed?
