Hello, I have left EE this Sept but i need to download my phone bill of past 5 years for work purposes. App is very useless as its keep saying something is wrong and so in the website version.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
