Really frustrating. I want to order the Samsung Watch Ultra but it won't let me in my EE. It says I am eligible. I've tried calling 150 but they advised that I do not qualify for an extra line. I find this really frustrating. I always found EE straightforward and easy in the past but I really don't understand why I can't order a watch. I have paid every bill without fail.
I understand that my bill WAS quite high every month at nearly £200 but this is now reduced somewhat after finishing paying for a product and removing another. I cant see why as a fully paid up customer I'm not allowed to order a watch.
Seriously considering leaving EE just so I can order the watch, which is a shame but EE are not valuing their customers well.

I'm sorry to hear that you aren't eligible for the watch that you were looking for. The eligibility for an additional line is automatically reviewed on our systems, so you may be eligible in future.
Payment history does count towards it too, so if you haven't already got one set up, I recommend paying by Direct Debit.
