My tariff ended

EE ended the  tariff i was on and put me on a new one . The new one I am on is the same offer but double the price. I am looking at leaving but I am being charged to leave early.  Is this right? 

Trouble paying bills online????

New user here, is anyone having trouble paying their bills online? I've been trying for days - now my service has been restricted. It asks me to make a payment, I click, it directs me to the payment page and then... nothing?

Can't view any bills or anything on app or web version it's annoying! What is going on I've been charged £50 extra and obviously I want to know why!!!!
