Resolved! EE monthly payment - upgraded

I recently upgraded my iPhone from 13 pro max to 15 pro max. I’ve noticed there are two payments coming out of my account: one for the device and one for the contract. Is this normal or is there a mistake?

Over charging

Hi been charged £220 in calls though I in uk and only call Uk numbers. I have unlimited calls and texts and data. Thanks Sean
