Resolved! Price increase charged twice this month

My bill this month comes to £14.57 (no extra charges ), before the annual price increase it was £9.59. Next month estimated £12.08.why am I paying £2.49 extra this month?

How do I get in contact with a guide who rang me with a mobile offer. I have the phone number she contacted me on but it doesn't go through. If I ring 150 they can't give me the offer it needs to be from the disconnection team?

On the 15 April, I decided to get an upgrade, my last contract expired ages ago. I did this online, and after I received an email with details of the new plan. It's now the 25 April. When should the new contract start? No change on the EE app/website...
