Unable to view bill in online account

Hi

 

I am unable to view my bills online. When I log into the account and click 'Manage' and 'Bills and Payments' it doesn't do anything. I need to view and print the bill for VAT purposes. I have tried various browsers, on mobile and PC. So far nothing helps and no online chat or help available

In this case I'd recommend giving us a call. 

Our technical care team may need to open a ticket for this to be looked into if you have been able to view bills OK previously. 

Our customer care team will also be able to help get your bill to you ASAP.

We have been with EE for many years. There was a period of time a couple of years ago when i couldn't view the bills but it rectified itself and i have been able to view them for a while now.

Do you have access to the EE app? if yes, can you view OK there?

Have you recently made any changes to your EE account?

I have tried on the app and still cannot view - no changes to the account recently

Could I also please confirm if your account is a business account or a personal?

The bills are in the business name so i assume its a business account

I've been trying for over a week to get access on like to manage and 'bills and payments'. Nothing, it doesn't work on my mobile phone, I thought it might be safari, so I logged in via Chrome still nothing. It is unbelievably frustrating. I have been unable to see what ee are charging for and they have just taken out a huge amount out of my account.

Help is also unable ....... where do I go ?

Welcome to the Community.

Are you able to log into your online account OK and from there cannot view bills, or are you getting stuck at the logging in part? Have you tried the EE app and your main online account?
