Missed a call via WhatsApp. Told my wife to ring back (I knew the caller). Have phone set so redial is in the format the call came in. Wife rather than press redial went into contacts and called normally. Result a bill of £274. The call was to China!...

HARL payment

On my bank statement this month is a scheduled payment of £35.17 with reference that starts HARL then digits.This isn't my broadband account number or mobile and it is set up to start this month? Any ideas
