We have just received an Email showing the increased charges for Broadband and Landline in line with Ofcom charge increase. Are mobile charges going up in March the same as Broadband charges as we have not received any notification of any increase for this price change?

Hi @Luke2521

Thanks for coming to the community.

There is an increase for pay monthly mobile plans from 31st March, which you should be notified of by text or email.

There is more information on our About annual price changes page.

It's nowt to do with any OFCOM charge increase. It's an EE annual increase that has been permitted by OFCOM, some would say foolishly.
