Just trying to track my order but when I enter my order number and email or phone details it says ‘ oops! tracking has timed out’??Would be great to be able to speak to someone but been on hold for ages this afternoon and this evening.

Payment

Everytime I enter my card details and try to purchase on the EE website, it comes up saying “something went wrong” I’ve tried this on two phones, anyone have any clue as to how to fix this? Thanks

Resolved! Phone number

My contract with EE has ended because I didn’t pay the bills on time, as I was forced to leave the UK for health reasons. If I pay that amount, will I get back the phone numbers I had, or is there no chance to continue using them

Uprades

I  moved form 02 in June because of the abysmal signal issues . I om on a sim only plan  , the signal  is excellent by the way and so pleased i changed from 02. Its says i can upgrade  to a new phone in December , i have called and apparently i cant ...
