Being charged for add on that not on account

I have checked my bills and have noticed that I am paying for Scam Guard Cyber Duo, but when I go into add-ons it is not showing to be able to cancel.

@JayT87 If it doesn’t show as being able to cancel you’ll need to call customer support.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Just to add to @Chris_B's brilliant advice, you can also cancel Scamguard by texting STOP SCAMGUARD to 150.
