My contract has two phones on it that I’m trying to upgrade online however it will only let me upgrade one even though they are both due upgrades how to I combat this issue thanks

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble getting both upgraded, even though they are eligible for an upgrade.
Are you having the same issue when you try to upgrade through your My EE app and your EE account via the website?
