Hello,
I just managed to change the date of my "Plan" Direct Debit, and was going to change the "Device" Direct Debit when I was presented with the following message:
I would understand the restriction if I was trying to change the same Direct Debit, but this message shows on both my Plan and Device Direct Debits pages..
Is anyone able to assist with a workaround as this is rather ridicoulous.

Welcome to the Community @Lou8311.
You should be able to change your plan direct debit date via the app, but as you've already requested a change once this month, it will prevent you making any further changes right now.
For anything linked to your device, including payment date changes, payment detail changes or overpayments, this currently isn't available via the EE app.
If you give our team a call though, they should be able to get this checked out for you 😊
