Resolved! New contract

Hi Ive had to upgrade my phone earlier than planned due to damage. Stayed with EE and ordered new phone and more expensive contract. Will my existing contract upgrade to this one or will I end up having to pay for both until my old contract ends?

Hello has anyone received a letter saying the owe money my account is payed by direct debit and can't understand why getting the letter sounds like a scam

I took out broadband and the tv box. The guy on the phone said i would get the first month free. As 'i am a loyal customer'. My bill has been generated and there is a payment for the first month. Was this just a ruse to make me take out the contract?...

I am a customer of EE and when my new phone became faulty they refused to provide a new phone and sent me a second hand phone. They didn’t allow me to download all my family memories as the delivery person took my old phone.  Email from EE today sayi...
