I tried to make a phone call and was told I've reached the end of my price cap. I have upgraded to a new account and have unlimited text and calls

What were the first 5 digits of the number you were trying to call? Unlimited calls will cover landlines (01, 02, 03 prefix) and UK-registered mobiles.

You only need reply once - this forum allows you to edit posts after submitting, if you want to make changes.

Any number prefixed with 03 is a landline number so included in your monthly allowances. Have you been able to call these numbers previously?

Text BALANCE to 150, and please post back the reply you get.

But what's happened is I bought a  £15   bundle from ee to get me started but after 2 weeks the 25 gb   was almost  up so I went online to  get  more data and the guy said I can do you a better deal than that  50gb data, unlimited texts and calls £ 13,  so I took it but my phone is still showing my original £15    bundle   deal I've got the EE app but you cant talk to humans  just AI   dohhhhh  hatting with you I managed to get through  enough after

I put the wrong number down first time sorry
