For mobile accounts, our How Do I Edit My Personal Details in EE? page has details on updating your account address in your EE account, or you can update the address by getting in touch with our mobile guides.
If you have a home broadband account, please see the How to move home with EE page for details on moving the broadband to the new address.

I have been trying to call the number in the run-up to my move, starting 6 weeks before. I have been on hold for over 40 minutes each time and had to hang up as I am at work/have a life/ dont believe anyone will ever answer/have lost the will to keep listening to the muzak. Please can this task be automated, maybe an online form? It shouldnt be necessary to call a number if there is nobody to answer.
