Why is this bill so high and not making sense

Can someone please see if I'm going blinking mad, this bill is double our normal rate and I'm sorry I'm just not paying it, they are insisting its right but how can it be, I pre ordered my S25 ultra so had it a few months now, so not a new bill, and it was a upgrade, but this is taking the pee, non of the charges make sense, I know the plan has increased by 1.50 but this is now double what I have been paying 🤬 its a joke and if its not sorted then ee will lose my custom after 4 years, its not on especially when I have the flex plan on top of this

@Emilee2480   no one here and knows why your bill is  like this as  this is a public forum and all any here can advise is pay your bill because if you don’t, it’ll only affect you.    

Hsve you looked to see what these charges are for ?  Click the green writing below each one where it says more on this charge. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Hi @Emilee2480 As @Chris_B has mentioned, we don't have access here in the EE Community, so if you'd like someone to look into those extra charges for you, I'd recommend giving us a call so a guide can take you through your bill.
