Does anyone know why weare8 won’t allow me to add to my bill? Have they stopped working together?

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

"We wanted to let you know that there is a live issue with the ability to pay your EE mobile bill from your WeAre8 funds. This service is currently not available but we’re working on it with our partners and will update you on the availability of this feature as soon as possible. Any funds you have already paid towards your EE bill will still be applied.

But don’t worry! You can still earn on WeAre8, and by using the ‘Pay me now’ option in your wallet, you can transfer your earnings to PayPal and use that money to pay for the little things in life. All you have to do is connect a PayPal account."
