Having problems with completing the sign up. I've created an account with them, done all the steps but when I go back into the ee app it still says onboarding incomplete. Is the link down? Can I still get rewarded without completing the step through the my ee app?

I have the same thing and it doesn't show on my online account at all, I've logged out and back in on the app, I've tried on WiFi and mobile network and still says complete sign up which I have done but no videos to watch either 

The message doesn't show on my online account. But we are 8 sent me an email confirming my account with them and seems to be working. When I go back on to the my ee app the same message is still there.

Could you try deleting and re-downloading the My EE app please, @UniqueCaesar? This could help you too.

Hopefully it allows you to then complete the setup from our side.

Still exactly the same 

On boarding incomplete is what it says so when I tap to complete sign up it says I'm already signed up, had a video this morning from weare8

It could be worth speaking to our Mobile Care team so they can check our side.

Well it's now been 12 days since this started for me and still says on the rewards on the ee app, on boarding incomplete. I have money pending with weare8 but its the ee side that is failing on this. Should have been sorted before now especially since I am not the only person with this issue
