I dont understand why my bill is so high than what i chose on the contract, i subscribed for £17 per month but to my surprise the first 2 bills i received are around £65 per month which is so expensive for me

A higher first-months bill is normal. Have you checked the bill breakdown, are there any specific charges on it that you're not sure about?
