I had a contract w/bill back in February which I immediately cancelled. I paid the bill for it, which I have proof of the transaction occurring. EE apparently didn't notice this and sent letters about debt. I'm an overseas student and didn't notice these letters until 5 months later, and since then, they have contacted a debt collection agency. A £4.74 bill that I've paid for has now become a £400+ debt and I can't contact them now since I'm overseas now.

EE has not tried to contact me in any other way either, just by mail. No messages, emails or even phone calls.

Hello @hi85.
Welcome to the EE Community.
Did you receive a final bill from EE?
Was your contract for a handset or a SIM?

I received the final bill of 4.74 on February, for sim. That was the only one I had to pay because I cancelled my plan on the 14th.
Changed plans on the 6th, if the information is relevant.

I'd recommend contacting our customer care team regarding this @hi85.
The team have account access and can view any charges.

Will I have to call? Again, I'm currently overseas (Asia) so I'm subject to all the charges and whatnot.
