It tells me to go on rewards to see the money I have earned to get off my phone bill but I can't see anything.

When I go to pay my bill the money I have earned doesn't come up

@Heybounce  Are you using the weare8 app ?  From this you can claim it to add to your account.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Yes it says that it's completed but I can't see it on the rewards page & when I click to pay the bill it doesn't show up

@Chris_B I've been getting the exact same thing, so I phoned an advisor from the EE app & they said, EE has never partnered with Weare8 app only Airtime rewards, despite it being there a month or two ago. They said to contact weare8 and see if they can help......

It did go on to my bill & I have transferred some money to PayPal.
I mostly convert it into helping charity s out in what has helped me out through out my life

The option has gone for me too.  Only donations and PayPal remain.   Has the partnership ended?
