Can’t use Weare8 available balance to pay towards phone bill

I can’t use my available balance from Weare8 towards my phone bill, I keep getting a message  saying failed to apply credit. I’ve just got a message from EE saying my bill is now available to see so why can’t I use the balance towards it? Please help

I'm sorry to hear this is happening.

I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team so they can see why you're unable to use the balance.

@Katf  just to add, as you can have already been billed. If you manage to get this to work the money that you transfer over will go toward your next bill as that has to be in place before you are build.. 

Thanks, so it won’t let you add it until you’ve got a bill ready and it won’t let you use the whole amount available - think that was the problem
