End of contract upgrade

HiMy contract expired 17th January 2024 I upgraded to a SIM only plan but haven't received any correspondence regarding this and my bill is still showing the old contract figures. Will this update soon?

Changed phone

I have just received a new phone & my old phone I was still being changed for even though I had cancelled the contract as it had ended is it possible to refund the money taken from the last 2 momths
