Saw in rewards in the update EE app that you can sign up to Weare8 and earn money off your phone bill, 

 

conpleted sign up - checked, checked and checked some more but will not link through to my EE app!! 

no matter what I do it still says sign up incomplete so any advice, help or update would be appreciated

Have you received an email to complete the sign up? 

If not, could you check your junk/spam email folders?

I have completed sign up and even completed multiple video and earned my first credits

 

like everyone else who also seems to have posted on here with the same issue we have all done everything our end but is is not pulling through to the EE app

i spoke to your support team last night via chat and they all confirmed it is a known issue that EE are trying to arrange a fix for

I have the exact same issue like @Ria1984

I did the same thing, I have completed sign up and even completed multiple videos and earned my first credits as well. I'm finished everything on my end but still not pulling through to the MyEE app. 

 

Could someone please look into this?

Since I posted this I have also received my first credits and applied it to my EE BILL in the hopes that is would force it to pull through and finally connect everything together but no joy as it’s still saying sign up incomplete on the EE app

personally iv had the Weare8 app for well over a month now so I find it disappointing that the issue is still not resolved,

Leanne this is exactly what I done as I was advised the same, the team told me it’s an ongoing known issue that the was working to resolve over month ago which is still not fixed
