The upgrade button has not worked properly for months now. Have tried almost everything. So many people have mentioned it and nothing has been done.

What happens when you try to upgrade? Have you tried on a different device or browser?

I'm having the same issue - upgrade link takes you to the shop, and then the upgrade option on the shop front page is a dead button with no embedded hyperlink!
I have tried on my phone, and two different PCs so it is not a browser, cache or cookie issue.
I called 150 and they cannot honour the online offer that I want.....This is really shoddy service EE as the website has been broken for over a month!

Is the upgrade offer one you have seen online or had a text message with the offer?
Did our customer care team run through some troubleshooting for your My EE account?

I have the same issue today
I have two phones due upgrade
it seems to have let me update one but the other one takes me so far then says
sorry! We couldn’t find that page ..?
was going to call but wait time is over 20 mins any ideas ?

It could be your only option at the moment, with it not working online, @Claire182.
