Hi,
Since I bought my phone, I’ve noticed a £2.47 roaming add-on. I’m not sure if this is normal since I’ve been in the UK for most of the year. I thought the first year of my contract might be more expensive, but I’ve had it for over a year now and I’m still paying nearly £100 when it should be £78. I’d appreciate some help in understanding why this is happening and what I can do about it.Thank you!

Hi @XRaySpeX,
It's not a retrospective change for contracts agreed before the terms changed, therefore CPI +3.9% will still apply this year as laid out in the orig. contract docs if still on the same plan.
Once the OP changes their plan, it will then be fixed 'pounds and pence' increases.

Yes, you're right, @Matt_124, I forgot the new formula doesn't come into play until you take a new contract.

@Ellie_12 You see that extra charge tab you need to click it as that only shows when you have out of allowance charges.

We don't know. We are all fellow customers here and don't have any access to your account, or know who you are.
If you have a specific billing query that you cannot understand through looking at the details in the app/website, you would need to call EE Customer Services on 150 for someone to be able to explain this to you.

Examples are calls to non-standard numbers such as 084, 087 or 09-prefixed numbers. Or texts to chargeable 5-digit shortcodes which are often used for TV contests & charity donations.
Your bill breakdown should itemise this usage.

I believe this April's CPI+3.9% increase explains all of the increase that you were unaware of, down to the penny.
